Export restrictions for grain will be in place until June 30, and for sugar until Aug. 31, according to the paper.
Grain export restrictions include wheat, rye, wheat and rye mix (meslin), barley and maize.
The measures were adopted to protect the domestic food market in the face of external constraints, the Cabinet of Ministers statement said.
Reminder: one day earlier the National Union of Poultry Producers asked the Ministry of Agriculture to ban Russian feed grain and maize exports.
However, the government order provides for a number of exceptions for grain and sugar export, such as humanitarian aid and international transit, which would be allowed.
