Penalties will be imposed on those who violate manure and guano storage, transportation, processing, and sale requirements.
According to the document, state officials who violate the requirements will be fined 30,000-40,000 rubles; sole proprietorships will be fined with 50,000–60,000 rubles or have their activities suspended for up to 90 days; and legal entities will be fined 250,000–350,000 rubles or have their activities suspended for up to 90 days.
In case a violation caused harm to human health or the environment, or resulted in the emergence and spread of epidemics or epizootics, state officials will pay a fine of 60,000 rubles, sole proprietorships will pay a 90,000 ruble fine, legal entities will be fined 500,000-600,000 rubles or suspended for up to 90 days.
Reminder: In accordance with Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 14, 2022, Russian livestock farmers possess the authority to manage manure and guano as they consider appropriate. To classify these substances as livestock byproducts, farmers must notify the relevant territorial administration of Rosselkhoznadzor.
