The document is available for public comment on the portal for draft regulatory legal acts.
The draft provides for an increase in the production of organic products for the domestic market from 9.1 billion rubles in 2021 to 114,5 billion rubles by 2030, which is almost 13 times.
The volume of organic product consumption in Russia is meant to increase by six times, from 24,4 billion rubles in 2021 to 149,8 billion rubles in 2030. According to an explanatory note for the document, this will be achieved through educational activities in Russia, raising public awareness on healthy eating and organic products, and also increasing the availability of the corresponding products.
The draft also provides for an increase in the export of Russian organic products from 3.7 billion rubles in 2021 to 27.8 billion rubles by 2030.
