The new law cancels the requirement for permits for keeping and breeding game animals in semi-free ranging conditions or in an artificially created habitat to be issued as accountable forms. The same applies to permits for acclimation, relocation, and hybridization of animals.
According to the authors of the document, the law is intended for the digitalization of public services.
At the same time, the opportunity retains for applicants to submit documents and receive a hard copy of a record extract from the register, states the explanatory note to the document.
The new law will come into force 180 days after its official publication.
