According to the draft order, the risk indicator encompasses a scenario where “an employee directly engaged in the storage and/or sale of veterinary medicines has signed employment contracts with three or more employers operating in the pharmaceutical sphere.”
The circulation of veterinary drugs is overseen by Rosselkhoznadzor. Indicators of the risk of violating mandatory requirements are considered when determining the necessity of conducting unscheduled inspections.
