The document introduces alterations to the permit-obtaining procedure to import breeding products (material) set by Order of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 852 of December 17, 2021. The new procedure will come into force on September 1, 2024, and will be valid until September 1, 2028.
According to the new rules, permissions will be issued within nine business days from the date of application. Currently, this period is 15 business days.
Applications will be accepted not only through the public services website “Gosuslugi”, as it is now, but also in person at the Ministry of Agriculture or via e-mail available at the Ministry’s website.
Besides that, the order provides details on the methods of informing the applicants of the results of application processing and procedures for the assessment of the breeding value of imported products.
